Karma Sanyasa Yoga

ब्रह्मण्याधाय कर्माणि सङ्गं त्यक्त्वा करोति यः। लिप्यते न स पापेन पद्मपत्रमिवाम्भसा॥

brahmaṇy ādhāya karmāṇi saṅgaṁ tyaktvā karoti yaḥ, lipyate na sa pāpena padma-patram ivāmbhasā

Meaning

You can be fully involved in your work and still not get stained by it. The move is to offer the results outward instead of clutching them, so success doesn't inflate you and failure doesn't crush you. The lotus leaf sits in the water without getting wet. Same idea.

Be in the work without being stained by how it turns out. Like a lotus leaf in water.
